If you have doubts about your religion it just means that you are ready to look deeper into what your beliefs truly are.

An example, to me I think a christian can move past the fear that many teach and still love their god and live by the teachings of christ. It doesn't make them any less of a christian. It really makes them stronger.

For me, I searched and it wasn't doubts but a need to know what more was out there. There had to be more than what I was being told. I found it was true, there was more and I'm much happier with my beliefs.

Yes, it is better than normal, it is healthy! We should always be open, questioning and looking for enlightenment. If we just blindly accept what is taught to us by any religion, we are apt to become uninformed fanatics or worse, sheep. All great religions welcome questions, even if they admit to not having all the answers.

After all, the religions we have available to us are all interpreted by human beings, even if we think they were created or dictated originally by a Divine being, and human beings do have a bad habit of getting it wrong now and then.

doubts are healthy , it doesnt make your religion wrong .... but we should all ask questions to find out if it makes sense and is true for us

Everyone has doubts about everything at one time or another. When I start to feel doubtful about religion I just pray that God will help me to keep my faith and I always feel better.

Yes it is. When you see things on t.v. or in public about your religion that is going against everything you believe in. Like your Pastor or Priest raping children. It makes you take a second look.

Yes. Doubt keeps us company. Especially if I want to do something I know god would not approve of, it is very convenient to have doubt.

God can take our doubt. It is harder for us. God gives me so much hope. It is not easy to live without hope, almost impossible. : )

Yes, in fact its good to have a mind of your own and to be able to question the world. Blindly obeying authority is very dangerous.

Well done for at least realizing it doesn't have to be true

It's ok to have "difficulties" (i.e. Lord I believe this but it's hard to) but not to have doubts (i.e. Lord I don't believe what you teach).
