Does anyone know where I can get free information about my family history and my ancestors to make a family tree ?????????

Now just because you may find your family Always verify any information from the person who submitted it. Without documentation its just a clue.

Mitchell is right. The information must be seen as clues as to where to look not as fact. Even if you see the same information over and over, a lot of copying is being done.

Look at the Best Answers in Genealogy. There was one that gave the locations and excellent suggestions for where to search.

besides the free sites ,ask family members and go to the cemetary were your ancestors are buried.I been doing it after my dad died in 1996.

start at the library in the geneology dept/there are genelogy resources on web also/good luck/also involve family members
