Get your dog to the vet now
It could be nothing but white gums are indicative of many problems from low blood sugar (try putting some Karo syrup on the gums) to an immune system issue like Evens Syndrome or Cushings disease.
Vomiting and white gums together spell danger for the dog.
Better to be safe than sorry.
Please go no and let me know how he is with some follow up
Good luck

There is no support or comfort that we can give - call until you find a vet's recording with instructions for an emergency vet or an emergency contact number. White gums indication compromised circulation - which could be heart failure or massive internal bleeding. Your dog will almost certainly be dead by the time that a regular vet opens in the morning - palpitate care at this point will be mostly ineffective as my guess is that she will shortly lapse into a coma on her fast road to death. If she can't keep down food or water, stop offering it at the very least, give her a comfortable, climate controlled place she can rest and pet or stroke her if she seems to enjoy it. Good luck.

VET! NOW!
white gums are a sign of anemia - lack of red blood cells. For some reason - worms, internal injuries, etc. he's really anemic. This can be life threatening.
Also, vomiting leads to dehydration. And shock.
VET! NOW!
If at all possible bring sample of vomit and a stool sample with you

OMG, I think that it means... get your butt in the car and go to the vet.. Think about it, won't eat, and won't drink, so he is dehydrated, and his gums are white??
He might have worms, but that's not likely what's wrong with him. What should you do?? Quit pouring crap down his yap and go to the vet..
