Before I became a NASCAR Fan and then a Jeff Gordon Fan I have to admit I thought Jeff was Gay. Why? The car! On the West Coast where I used to live the rainbow was a symbol used by the Gay Community and at that time Jeff's car was a rainbow. Sorry.
However Jeff Gordon's lifestyle proves quite the contrary to what his former paint scheme hinted to. Just like most hetro-males he made some dumb mistakes thinking with the wrong head.
He married a Winston Girl; cheated on her with a girl from the make-up counter at Macy's; then married a smokin Model. That is as Hetro as Hetro gets.
From the many theories I have heard; I am wondering if Jr. Fans calling Gordon gay is a smoke screen to cover up the fact that Jr. might be gay. Not that it matters; but you never ever see Jr. with a Babe and when he says he is seeing someone no one ever sees him with this person.

It's the same reason people call anyone names or talk badly about them: Jealousy or dislike. I have heard some interesting rumors about Jeff's sexuality from people in the business but I really don't trust what I've heard. Jeff is not gay and if he was it would be a shock to me. Jeff is a great 4 time champion and will probably win his fifth this year.
I am not a Gordon fan because I think he looks at things sometimes as a one way street. Meaning it should work for him but not others. He can wreck some one for position but if it happens to him it's a different story.
Gene L: Jr is not gay. He has been seen w/ women. He dated a girl from here in Texas and she was on an episode of Nascar 360 I think. She was with was with Jr, shopping with his mom and staying at his house. He also wanted to date one of my girlfriends nieces in California but she wasn't interested. She's dating some other driver. So no he's not gay and your doing the same thing others are doing about Jeff Gordon by saying this, so grow up.

Yeah, I am so tired of it, all comes from redneck nation, I mean the jr fans. Like even if it was true, why do they care and are they worried that Jeff would jump them at the track and assault them? Why would 2 women waste their lives to hide a person was gay? His wives were both hot, and maybe they are just jealous of that as well. I mean 300 lb women with missing front teeth are hot as well.

Because they are still in the closet and afraid to come out. Someone said because he whines, so does that make Tony Stewart, Jr, Harvick gay. Tony is the biggest whiner out there, so why don't you call him gay. Jeff is the best driver today and has loyal fans who are considerate not like Jr fans who throw beer at cars they don't like, well I guess Wal-mart pays better than i thought if you rednecks can afford wasting a good beer like that.

I think that they only say that because of his car in the early 90s was multi colored or rainbow and that is a symbol the gay pride parade flags and everything so they just started calling him gay and say that his wife is sleeping around and the baby isnt his and so on and so forth and it gets realyl old because everyone knows its not true they just think its funny to sya that stuff about him.

i too am sick of people saying that jeff is gay. just because he drove a rainbow colored car, does not mean he is gay. come on people, dupont is a paint company.......duh!!! i remember when i was in school and my friends and i had rainbow shirts! we loved them. rainbows are beautiful and i remember when rainbows didn't symbolize being gay!!! i still love rainbows, but if i wear something with a rainbow on it now, i am assumed to be gay. that is messed up. i am proud to say that i am a jeff gordon fan and always will be. all of you who "assume" he is gay are just mad that he is a better driver than your favorite driver. that is my opinion.

When you put the "gay" label on any one you show how childish you are. Any ones sexual preference has no bearing on how they perform in their sport. Lets keep the tags where they belong...for those immature people in grade school. I am not a Jeff Gordan fan, but I am tired of the name calling. Period.

I guess it may be that he has all of his own teeth and never worked at the dollar store. They think calling him gay is going to bother him hell who knows. since you asked about the gay thing a few years ago they did a story on Tony and as i recall he was jumping around on his bed with another guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
