My hands and feet are getting extremely tingly and itchy after I am out in the sun. I'm someone who is outdoors and at the pool a lot and never had a problem. I thought maybe my hands and feet were getting burned although they don't look red. I put spf 30 on them and its still happening. Its so bad at night it wakes me up in my sleep hurting. Does anyone know what this might be or what I could do ? I can't avoid being outdoors and unsure what to do

My hands and feet are getting extremely tingly and itchy after I am out in the sun. I'm someone who is outdoors and at the pool a lot and never had a problem. I had spf 30 on my hands and feet and was only out for an hour... it is NOT a sunburn. Its so bad at night it wakes me up in my sleep hurting. Does anyone know what this might be or what I could do ? I can't avoid being outdoors and unsure what to do. Just trying to get some feedback before I spend the money to see a Dr. Thank you in advance. Only serious answers please.

It's called sunburn. Jesus Christ people, do some research on your own!

I would check with a doctor with this problem, it could be a number of conditions. If you are using sun block I would be more concerned with the heat effect on extremities. Could be a circulation issue.

This does sound like a circulation problem, and a sun sensitivity I recommend some blood work. I have this and have to wear protective clothing year round and avoid much sun exposure.
Good luck!
I know it's a drag!
