Aren't people hilarious!!!
Chicken is always a good start. I like to make a sauce with some tinned toms, mushrooms and chicken stock and then pour over the chicken and bake. If I'm really feeling naughty I add a splash of white wine too.
Another which might sound odd is low fat sausages. A couple will do. Cook some rice till almost done then drain and pour in some low calorie tomato soup. Add the sausages, chopped if you prefer and then bake until the rice is cooked and absorbed the soup. If you need more liquid add water or skimmed milk.
Both should fill you up well.

You can now get lots of cheese in low fat versions - hulomi, feta, mozzarella - they are always good staples. Stuffed peppers are lovely and you can have various filling - rice, cous cous, anchovies etc. Use brown everything - rice, pasta, bread and go organic if you can. Diet ready meals seem a good solution but aren't that good for you. Use spray oil rather than out of a bottle and limit what you use. Season meals with herbs rather than salt, ground black pepper is a good one to use too. Grill, poach or steam fish or chicken - stir frys are great - you can add what you want and how much you want - they are also quick. Don't stick to the same meals all the time - you'll get bored. Allow yourself a treat every now and then too - perhaps dried fruit. Good luck!

Good meals should satisfy - not fill... Exersize in moderation is good like walking to the store, doing laundry, sweeping the sidewalk and it is cheap to do... Exersize builds muscle which is heavier than fat... Exersize never lost a pound of body weight - but - it is a stamina builder...
After a slice of bread toasted with butter breakfast; a modest lunch (I have a raisin bagle) enjoy a meal once a day that includes about 4 to 5 ounces of steak or fish seasoned to taste, a baked potatoe with real sour cream with onion or your favourite topping and some raw vegitables (not a salad) and don't go back for seconds...

II don't have any idea of food available in your parts. But one thing for sure, you need foods that have high fiber, i.e. whole wheat, brown rice etc will do. They stay longer in your stomach and intestines and don’t trigger hormones that make you feel hungry. Oranges and cabbage (sorry you said no salad). Keep in mind to eat more of protein food that too chicken (poultry- not more than one egg is recommended that contains all the cholesterol needed/not needed for the day) No red meat-off the limits, neither skin under flesh. Don’t say cheese that loud. Flaxseed that is ground one (don’t bother about flaxseed oil), is called neutraceuticals(named after pharmaceuticals), so is barley that are very best foods containing soluble and insoluble fiber. Before I forget 1 cup wheat sprouts has enough vitamins and minerals equivalent to 1 kg of polished grain. That is manna from Gods, created by mother plant for baby plants in store. All these things you have to include in breakfast that is healthiest meal of the day to be eaten max 2 after getting up when your metabolism is at peak leading to no craving for sweets (glucose0 and carbs at 11 am. Yoghurt is filling and have 2 cups made of less fat milk with breakfast. After wards starve or eat it is up to you provided you do exercise (strenuous for 20 minutes/30 minutes less strenuous at 75/50% of your Max heart rate i.e. 220 less your age= the number multiply into 75% vigorous or 50% less vigor exercise is your limit-check pulse for minute while exercising)-include weight/strength training plan to replace fat with muscle –so it will increase your calorie burning rate of the body). I have to stop here or it will become an essay. Wish you turn the scales now-thinking of scales eat fish a day for essential fatty acids. You are on the program perfect. Don’t exercise hard for it is of no use except leading to arthritis in the old age.

Oatmeal for breakfast. My mom lost a lot of weight just by that. It's filling and dang good for you. Eggs aren't bad either. Tuna fish is pretty good too. Don't worry about types of food for dinner. You can eat but cut down on portions. You're stomach and body will adjust to less food. And you won't get hungry as quick.

Some good tips for you above - I recommend oatmeal for breakfast, bananas 'anytime' though snack have been my personal downfall in the past, vegetables but in place of the meat not as some might do force them down the treat themselves for being good cause you have just doubled up on your intake by eating what you don't like, best of luck.
Oh and water before a meal dilutes the stomachs acid - not a good thing

Rice cakes, low cal soups (actually you can make one with a cube of chicken bouillon [5 cals!] and some water, tada! 5 cal soup!) fruit salad, whole fruit popsicles, a sandwhich made with 35 calorie per slice bread...
I don't eat "meals" I just eat a few small things througout the day.

eat a nice chicken sandwich, it is a good idea to eat 4 to 6 times a day in smal portions. Also try to stay away from dairy products including desserts.
