I am looking for a job at a local corporation. And in the job characteristics there are listed as grades E03 and A03 and whatnot.
are there the pay grades? and if they are, what do they mean?
E03 is for one that sounds iteresting, but I do not know how much the pay is.

10 points to the one that can find me the answer, or point me to a website that tells it.

pay grades are developed by each company, so the titles of those grades are company-specific. "E" is usually used to designate "exempt" (as in "exempt from overtime", or salaried), but this company may have a idfferent system..

the only way to find out what salary levels are assigned to each pay grade is to ask a representative of the company what the range is for the position. if you want to know what the going rate in for a similar position in your area, try www.salary.com for some general information.

good luck.

Only the government has public pay grades. Everyone else has private and no way it would be on the web. They might list those pay grades with their internal bids but likely the range of salaries that they apply to is known only to a select few in HR at that specific company.

You'll have to ask them what that means. It could be anything.
