Here's a thought... where would the aliens have come from? Matter and space almost kinda seem to contradict themselves. If you think about it, How did anything get started? Big Boom, yes... but where did the stuff needed for that come from?

There had to have been some factor originating outside of time... something that had the ability to create from nothing. Whether those are aliens or God is up to you to decide. But if they are aliens, they possess some very "God-like" attributes.
