In excel, a new workbook starts with 3 sheets, is there any way to protect one sheet so that "sheet2" is non-viewable unless you unlock it by password?

Thanks

You might want to mess with this VBA code as well:

Function HideSheet(SheetName As String)

ActiveWorkbook.Sheets(SheetName).Visible = xlVeryHidden

End Function

This prevents a user from just unhiding the sheet, i.e. it won't show up in the list when they select Format --> Sheet --> Unhide.
