i would say they're both important. they both did God's will on this earth. Neither is more important than the other.

They were important in their time. God might have had Noah lead the children out of Egypt if Moses wasn't there and Noah was there. Noah walked and talked with God. So did Moses. So I place the importance on God.

Well, we don't believe one person is more important than another. Of course, we're all descended from Noah, so if you care about your ancestry, he's important in that regard. Moses, on the other hand, left behind his own legacy in the form of several books of the Bible.

Define "important"?

Noah saved the human race, so I guess he was important. However Moses did God's will in providing the Commandments and such.

I think they're equally important.

Is this like rock / paper / scissors?

Noah would have been useful in New Orleans, but he only would have saved his OWN family. Moses could have led the whole lot out of the city...

Like it matters...don't get me wrong,i am a catholic but i always thought of the bible as a story book rather than a history book as it is being treated until today by steotypes. i do believe in God,or whatever it is,i know something or someone is greater than us... but i don't take bible literally so i could say i believe in the big bang theory or the theory of evolution and God at the same time.

In matters of the spirit, it is never a matter of more importance or less importance. Such lends itself to pride.
