I have a cramp in my neck and it hurts to look to the right, and its starting to get worse. Anybody have any ways to get it out besides waiting and resting?

Use a heating pad for twenty minutes on the area of pain. Afterwards apply an analgesic cream into the area. This should start relaxing the muscles. Use Advil tablets four times daily.

If this continues see a chiropractor. I've enclosed a link where you can find a chiropractor in your area.

if its a cramp then u have less calcium in ur body try taking calcium tablet but make sure they are not strong it shud be around 250mg or try taking pain killers like Nimulid or Crocin. Nimulid is very quick in reaction works best when u have bad headache but it must have been band in ur country tht is because it has some side effects but only if u take lots of them. Crocin is safer compaired to nimulid but talk to ur family doctor if ur alergic to pain killers u might get side effect even with Crocin. there r many pain killers but i dont know other names
