if you are trying to lose weight then you have to do more cardio - 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat) and combine it with light weight training
your diet look pretty good

You can never get enough fruit/veggies in your diet so you might add some fruit to your oatmeal and maybe eat an egg for protein. I would add some sliced almonds to the yogurt to give it some protein and help it stick with you. I try to eat a healthy fat, a lean protein and a carb with each snack and meal to keep it well-rounded. It sounds like you have the right idea though!

Sounds pretty healthy!

I'd suggest staying away from the Diet Dr. Pepper, but if you'd like something carbony, try something diet and decaff.

What kind of meat are you having at night, and how is it prepared? FRIED chicken? Stay away from that! ;-) When preparing any of your food, go for low fat and low sodium whenever possible.

How much are you exercising, and what are you doing? I'd suggest at least 30-45 minutes a session of aerobic exercise to help with overall weightloss.

If you are wanting to lose weight, you really should start eating more, perhaps an additional 200-300 calories a day. By eating too little, you are playing havoc with your metabolism. Try adding a milk shake made with fresh fruit for added protein and calcium.

I think it will help.. try also a diabetic diet that will limit carbs which turn to sugar which turn to fat.. it will give you a well rounded diet and limit the bad carbs...plus with all the cases of diabetes popping up lately it would be a good preventative measure.

Sugar substitutes like equal and splenda are also good choices to put in your coffee and tea.

I'm dieting too. I am trying to eat fish at least three times a week. Preferably white fish like cod or bass because they are less fatty than say salmon.
Also i've been going to www.fitday.com and punching in my foods and excersise, it's a pretty awesome site and it's free.
