I've come across the name "Qystina". Not sure the correct spelling but I need to know the meaning of this name. I believe this is in Arabic.

Well ,I would say Qest قسط is an Arabic noun that means justice.the Justice is =al qest القسط.so Qestena "e" pronounced as in "bed" قسطنا "our justice"
so I would say yes it's an Arabic word 100% it could also be in other languages not only Arabic but the thing is that I'm not sure if it's a female name or not.

you should check back the spelling again cause this is not Arabic and I'm sure or would you tell were you've read the name maybe then I can know and help you

I would say it's not an Arabic name in the first place. In old Arabic there exists the name "Qays" though.
