36 yrs female .suffering 7 yrs,lately all my joints are very painful.i take paracetamol always.

If you use soda in cans or any canned products, stop using them. The aluminum leeches out of the can and into the products and this causes more joint pain. Only use bottled products. This has worked for hundreds of my patients.

I recommend you take a hot bath every day with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts. This does help with the pain.

There are a few alternatives to mere prescriptions; You can try magnetic therapy; It's just jewelry with high guass magnets-they pull the magnetic line in your body back into shape. It has worked magnificently for me!!!! Also, there are some natural medicines you can take if you want to get off the prescriptions. There is no medicine for RA. Pain killers for whole life? You decide pl. It will damage your liver and kidneys.
You have no option than alternate systems to treat it. Acupuncture is the first option if you can get one.

I HAVE RAD AND ALSO HEARD (FROM NATIVE AMERICANS) THAT WEARING COPPER, DIRECTLY ON PAINFUL SPOTS, FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE, WORKS. KEEP IT ON, EVEN IF YOU TURN GREEN FROM IT. ALSO A POULTICE PACK OF ALOE-VERA, (JUST MASH IN BLENDER) IS SAID TO WORK TOO. WORTH A TRY?
