so i went with my friend to a place to sell food for a fundraiser, and there was this boy there and he kept staring at me then he would have his head down but eyes up smiling at me, and kept splashing me with water and kept picking on me about stupid things...
what's going on here?
and if he likes me what am i suppose to do? cuz im so afraid of him breaking my heart, like two other guys i was interested in..

You sound soooo young to be sooooo serious. Have fun; there's nothing wrong with having lots of friends. You're not exactly getting engaged to be friendly and have fun with him are you? After all, you have two other guys . . . what's the big deal about only one more!

What's going on is this boy was showing his interest in you by picking on you and splashing you.
It was just his way of flirting.
Don't be afraid of having your heart broken, there will always be someone else to mend it.
He obviously likes you and if you like him then just flirt back!
Every new friendship is a learning experience and that's what living is all about.
So enjoy everything that comes your way.
