Ignore the ppl trying to sell weight loss products! The only way to lose weight is through a low cal/low fat diet and plenty of exercise. Anythign else is just temporary or unhealthy!

try sparkpeople.com. It will ask your current weight, height and goal weight. It will tell you how many calories you need. For me it said 1200-1500. I try to stay around 1250-1300 and Im burning 250-300 calories on the treadmill and doing that about 5 times per wk. It says I should loose 2 lbs per wk but I have been losing 4 per week. Of course, I have only been doing it 3 wks and you usually loose more at first. Take your measurments too. That will show sometimes when the scales do not
I dont know anything about body cleansing but I have to admit I am very intrigued. Not just for weight loss but to think all that toxic waste is trapped in your body. Cant be good but I am going to do some more research before trying it.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

hi, the quickest way to loose weight is the quickest way to pick up weight. what i mean by that is that if you loose weight fast, You will get it back even faster.. i know lots of people say this, but all you can do is EAT HEALTHY!! and small portions (fist portions). stop drinking sugar in coffee and on cereal. drink lots of water and eat that veggies! good luck

if you are desperate to lose weight in a short space of time, try the Sacred Heart Diet. Easy to do, and inexpensive, HOWEVER do not stay on it longer than a week!!
