If you have a local Unitarian Church the ones in Memphis have weekly sessions for people who want to come and experience it. The practitioners offer their time for free. Usually the recipients make a small donation to the church. Check your local herb shop or health food store or New Age bookstore as well.
You could place an ad in your local paper as well.

You could hook yourself up with either a massage therapist or chiropractor who is into newer forms of therapy. Actually offering beginning sessions for free is usually how many people get started.

Go to the organization that you wish to donate these services to, or through, and ask them what the procedure is for donations of that kind.
Also have a set time limit, number of visits, etc in mind. maybe even make up a coupon type of thing for it.

Try craigslist.org. They have a volunteer section on their site where one can advertise their services.
