snorting problem?

my boyfriend snores a lot, and i 've heard that there are some things you can buy out theren to ease it. How can i say it nicely so that he doesn't get offended.

you have to start the topic somehow, maybe you can wake him to change sides and tell him he was snoring, or you could tell him that his snores do not let you sleep. or you could ask him if he feels fatigued all day which could be a manifestation of sleep apnea, there is an association but no proved link in between anoring and sleep apnea. good luck
