Try this it was invented by a dietician for obese people who need an operation in two weeks time.
There is enough for one week so freeze half freshly made to last the week.
I cheated and did it for a whole 6 months went from a 40in waist to a 32in without to much effort.
Operation Soup
Ingredients.
3 large onions
1 large or two small green peppers
1 bunch of celery
½ head of green cabbage
1 leek
2 tin chopped tomatoes
1 packet of French onion soup (any brand)
3 vegetable stock cubes (I use oxo)
Cut all vegetables into bite size pieces if your not going to liquidize.
Place all in a large pot add enough water to cover.
Simmer until vegetables are cooked add more water if necessary.
NOTE
To be eaten as a two meal replacement (largest and the smallest).
You can still have a light lunch or light evening meal.
Should not exceed 5 days at a time and 10 days a month.
You will pass more water so make sure you keep up your water intake.

If you are looking for a diet pill, I hope you are not breast-feeding (the stuff in ANY pills can harm your little one).
If you are , just eat 5 small meals a day & eat healthy stuff.
If you are feeding him/her formula, then I guess it'd be ok (I'm not a dr so I do not want to condone it) But, what I have tried & has worked to help jump start my weight loss is Tight by SAN. The think I liked about this stuff is that you ONLY take 1 a day & they even tell you not to take it for more than a month (where-as most other pills try to lure you in to taking them forever) One thing to watch out about is that the first day or so, you will feel really wired/jittery. This will soon pass, but you will still get the added energy rush to push yourself through your workouts (you need to workout with ANY pill....nothing is magic). if you have a hard time b/c of the baby, the weather is nice now, so you can put him/her in a stroller & go for a nice long walk (added bonus: the motion from the walk will help put the baby to sleep so when you get back you will have some time for yourself) I lost about 5 or 6 pounds in the first 2 weeks of taking it, but, then tapered off b/c I was starting to build muscle.

You should NEVER try diet pills , especially if you are breast feeding, can't believe you are doing this to yourself!
Also I would not recommend that you go on diet now , the good news though is while on breast feeding your metabolism and body ability to burn fats becomes very high , so jogging 3 times a week for at least 30 min. /each, drinking 10-12 glasses of water a day , staying a way from extra unnecessary sources of fats or sugars i.e. chocolates , desserts, white flours and most importantly not eating anything 3 hrs. before you go to bed , can do an amazing help ...as they say slowly but surely..
Good luck !

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

NO diet pills. Do it the right way so it stays off. Dont drink sodas, eat fastfood, and eat less starches. Cardio Cardio Cardio!!! Pills are bad...they will only help at first. Trust me. Then as soon as you stop taking them all the pounds plus some come back! :) Its horrible. Try weight watchers!

Over the last 2 years I tried numerous over the counter diet/fat burner pills with NO results!!!
A couple of weeks ago I heard about phentermine from someone who lost about 25 pounds in 2 months using phentermine 37.5 mg. Her cousin lost about 50 pounds in 3 months using it. Naturally I was interested in phentermine 37.5 mg and began to do some research on it. After my research I decided to give it a try.
Phentermine works GREAT!!!!! So far in 12 days I have lost 9 pounds!!!!!
I ordered my phentermine (37.5 mg) from a website called US-Pills.com and received my order in 6 days. They do have express shipping if you want to receive your order sooner. I paid $199.00 for 90 pills, which is a 3 month supply. I know that sounds expensive, but I checked NUMEROUS web sites and this site seemed to have the best prices and also seemed to be a legit site. If you can get a prescription from your doctor it would be a lot cheaper. Unfortunately, my doctor refused to provide me a prescription because she said I was not obese and she only will prescribe phentermine to obese patients.
Since I've been taking my phentermine (37.5 mg) I've had great results. I feel like I'm melting. My closes are fitting loser and when I look at myself in the mirror after I get out of the shower I look and feel smaller.
I take 1 pill per day as soon as I get up in the morning. About 30 minutes later I go to the gym. I feel so energized and have the best workouts then I have had in a long time. I am able to work out longer and harder. I eat my breakfast when I get home from the gym. I'm not hungry all day and have no cravings for sweets or bad foods like I normally would before I started using phentermine. Because I no longer have the bad cravings I eat healthy small meals throughout the day. Since I'm not hungry anymore, I'm probably consuming about 800-1000 calories per day.
Phentermines is GREAT but, you should not use phentermine if you have or have ever had heart disease, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries), hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid gland), diabetes, glaucoma, or a history of drug abuse. As with any medication/drug it's always best to consult your doctor.
PLEASE NOTE:
It's true that I've lost 9 pounds so far using phentermine 37.5mg and I'm sure I'll accomplish my goal if I continue to use it. But, I also truly believe that my working out, eating healthy and drinking lots of water has a lot to do with the weight loss results. I don't think I would get these results with the phentermine alone.
I firmly believe that regular exercise, eating healthy and drinking lots of water is very very important, not just to accomplish my weight loss goal, but for the rest of my life!!!
If you lose weight with phentermine or any other weight loss aide(s) or diet(s) and fail to exercise and eat healthy regularly you will gain the weight back and probably more!!!!!
Hope this was helpful and good luck in your weight loss success!!!!!
