YESTERDAY? How is she today? Did she throw up? Is she acting normal?? How come you waited til today to ask about yesterday? Why wouldn't you call the vet the second you realized what had happened?
If she is perfectly fine today, then it's likely that she will be okay.. You should call and talk to the VET tho, tell him what she ate and how much and WHEN it happened and see what he says.. I am more concerned that you waited a whole day to even mention it.. Kinda late now isn't it? If it was going to kill her, it's thru her bloodstream now.. You should have at very very least made her throw up immediately..

In my opinion, based on my own research, Science Diet is junk - and i've never been able to tell the difference between Rx and regular stuff other than the vet-preached "Rx has more vitamins and nutrition" line. Dog food should not have corn or by-products in it. It should have meat, meat meals, and as lesser ingredients fruits/veggies. You can find a much better food for your dog without getting into it being too rich (which can be an issue with pets who are ill.) There is no reason to believe that your dog NEEDS to be on Science Diet (Rx or otherwise) unless your vet specifically told you so - and even then, not only would they have sold you the Rx stuff at the time you picked your dog up.... but i would be leery they weren't just trying to make a sale. The best person to ask about nutrition is a K9 nutritionist, not a vet. Period. As for wet versus dry.... i prefer to avoid wet food as much as possible. Wet food is 80% water, only 20% nutrition. Good for hydration, not good for stool. It WILL loosen the stool and MAY cause diarrhea. If you have a poor quality food, to boot, you get even less than the 20% nutrition. So it won't be providing your dog with anything substantial. If you want to make food seem more edible, boiled chicken/rice or hamburger/rice (both plain, boiled meat) can do that easily without causing the runs. Rice even acts as a bit of a "binding agent" and is easy on the stomach (unless your dog can't digest it - some dogs can't.) I would avoid feeding those treats because at this point simply because the treats are A) poor quality and B) filling him up and making him less likely to eat food with actual nutrition.

If this dog does not get deathly ill from this vitamin overdose you will know that what you bought was JUNK. Lucky for you, a recent study on pet vitamins proved that many of them do not contain anywhere near what the labels claim and some of the pet tabs actually contained things like LEAD and Arsenic!. Take the dog to the vet.

OMG! Why didn't you go to the vet yesterday? Please take your dog today. Or at the very least, bring the bottles to the vet and explain what happened. They shouldn't charge you anything, and they will let you know if your dog is in danger.

Has she puked yet? Is she conscious. I mean it was yesterday what is she doing now. It may be too late for toxiban its already in her blood stream and will have to run its course. I would certainly make sure you force fluids if necessary. Make her drink as much as possible.

Call your vet. Even though she may be acting okay, she could have serious problems which she isn't displaying right now (ie kidney or heart failure).

I think the biggest concern is the suicidal behavior exhibited by your dog. I recommend counseling to make fluffy satisfied with his life again.
