1 orange[1 hour after waking up] n [i have class till 11 30am] so 11;30-lunch-3 cups of 3 different vegetables...
2 ;00snacks-1 apple +1 cup milk
4 30snacks-soup of egg[white part] n tomaton n spinach....
6;30-8 lawn tennis n abs exercise [lawn tennis play against wall..beginner]
dinner at 10 pm-1 cup of vegetable or 1 cup of meat...[dinner after 2 hours of exercise]
n sleep at 12;00[ 2hours after dinner]
if i follow this 5 days a week n give myself rest on saturday n sunday , will i lose weight?i want to lose 7 kgs in 7 weeks....

It seems good, but eating late is not good for you, try eating before or right at 7 then you should meet your goal weight. Goodluck!

i dont know your stats but i dont think you are eating enough to lose fat
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I lost 5 kgs in a month... how? I had diarrhea for 1 month as there is a fungi in my stomach... I used to be overweight... now I'm a bit overweight * cheers*
I think you can lose 8 kgs in 10 weeks.

Log into slimfast.com you can log your food and find out how many calories you are consuming, they will also recommend how many you should be eating to lose weight...try it. It works for me.
