1 orange[1 hour after waking up] n [i have class till 11 30am] so 11;30-lunch-3 cups of 3 different vegetables...
2 ;00snacks-1 apple +1 cup milk
4 30snacks-soup of egg[white part] n tomaton n spinach....
6;30-8 lawn tennis n abs exercise [lawn tennis play against wall..beginner]
dinner at 10 pm-1 cup of vegetable or 1 cup of meat...[dinner after 2 hours of exercise]
n sleep at 12;00[ 2hours after dinner]
if i follow this 5 days a week n give myself rest on saturday n sunday , will i lose weight?i want to lose 7 kgs in 7 weeks....
