and any good ideas for loosing weight?

stay active eat right.....and at 13 ur body is still growing and changing. so dont fall into crazy diets like adults do. hmmm u should weigh 115-154 lbs.

As much that is a healthy weight, and she looks healthy.
You can get a good idea from your BMI.
Go to:http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/

And enter the fields, results.
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater


Also for excersise tips do at least 30 mins of walking or something a day to keep in shape and healthy, just 20 mins of walking a day decreases your chance of a high blood pressure by alot and other dieseases.
Also do one activity of strenous excersise a week ie sport that gets you puffed

You are 13 years old and your body is developing so the last thing you should do is go on a fad diet.

What you can do is be sure you are drinking enough milk (bone development is critical now), eating grains, fruits, vegetables and lean meat. Cut down on sweets, soda and other sweetened drinks. Stay away from caffeine.

Get outside walk, play and stay active with friends. No you don't have to run ten miles a day, just have fun.

This will ensure a healthy body and mind.

You should weight around 130? I'm 4'8 or 4'9, and weight around 93 pounds. Now I weight maybe 95 lbs. (pounds).
