Every summer, I get a heat rash on the inside of my legs, and sometimes on the inside part of my arms.
What's the best way to go about getting rid of this?

You can get rid of it by using Calamine or Caladryl lotion. You can prevent it by using baby powder in those areas before you get dressed.
Don't use creams on a heat rash. The object is to dry out the rash. You can't do that if it's covered in cream. And baby powder with cornstarch works better than talc. I haven't had a heat rash in 15 years using this.

Supply your husband with a spray bottle full of water and 5-6 drops of peppermint oil, this can be sprayed on all day to provide some relief. Apply 100% pure coconut oil, Nui brand (pronounced New), any health food store. Contrary to popular belief, coconut oil provides you with antibiotic properties, and will take the heat out of his skin. Apply only a thin coating, as a thick application is a waste of money. Coconut oil may also be applied while on site.

Use what they use on babies. Baby powder.
Creams. Gold bond is supposed to be really good
its a bit pricey but I've heard only good things about
it. My dad used to use johnson & johnson baby lotion
in the pink bottle for his heat rashes. Oh and wear
loose fitting clothing because if its tight or snug it
will rub and chafe you causing the rash.

I had heat rash on my ankles after a hike in hot weather.
I picked up some Caladryl Lotion. (Calamine) and got almost instant relief.

I got them on my neck also, esp during humid / hot season. Topically I apply BABY POWDER. Ive also tried what they call CASSAVA POWDER. But for me they've got the same effect. Before I was using CALADRYL LOTION but my neck feels more moisted, sticky and itchy everytime i sweat. Staying at home and taking a bath twice a day makes me feel comfortable and I noticed that healing occurs more faster. Do some modifications on your diet also. In my case, I avoid eating SEAFOODS, MANGOES, PORK, PRESERVED FOODS, etc..

I get the same thing. Talcum powder inside the legs and Cortizone Cream on the arms should help.

Scalpicin........It's sold for scalp itch, but I've found it helpful for other "itches".
