The worst side effect could be physiological damage. The only other one I worry about is damage to the nervous system. Everything else is minor in my openion. That could take years before you know what kind of damage U have done. Like in psychedelic drug that damage can appear long after U have stopped doing it.
Be careful, don't do too much at once.
Best of luck to you.

Ecstasy has physical and psychological side effects. Physical side effects are nausea, hallucinations, sweating, chills, blurred vision, muscle cramps, faintness, tremors and rapid eye movements. Psychological side effects can include confusion, severe anxiety, sleep issues, depression, drug craving, and paranoia. Some people will develop a rash and, those that do, are at higher risk for severe side effects.

When using ecstasy, you are risking brain damage. Symptoms of brain damage include memory loss, depression, anxiety and neuropsychotic disorders.
