Hi Katie
Im on soy protein, and i add a half of a frozen banana, and i teaspoon of peanutbutter to it and put it in the blender. another is you can add fruit, or fatfree sugar free instant pudding. It gives you variety, taste good, and helps you lose weight

you need to also look into getting some sort of greens in that shake as well.
i don't advise going strictly on a shake diet. try juicing fruits, and veggies.
there is a site that provides a great powdered live whole food supplement. it's at this site http://www.urilife.com/alpha/sample.html, you can sample some first.
i advise you look into that, to supplement your protein without risking the loss of veggies and fruits.

well you need carbs for your brain to think
muscles can get energy from fat - but the brain cannot
so the protein shake is not an option for me - sorry
