1. Why do we have to drink all this large amount of water to loose weight , has water got anything to do with burning fats?

2. Can I eat fruits only as a snake two times a day within my light diet and still loose weight?

3. Why can't I eat banana with anything else, and what if I did , will I not loose weight?

water keeps body hydrated and work better
fruits have lots of calories and sugar - but if you are planning on undereating you will only lose water weight and muscle not fat and then gain back more as soon as start eating normal again
you can eat banana whenever you want
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

None of your questions make any sense.

1. You need to drink enough water to keep your body functioning properly. It has little or nothing to do with losing weight or burning fat. How much? Enough to keep your pee clear to slightly yellow. The amount per day will vary depending on your activity level and temperature of the environment.

2. Snakes? what do snakes have to do with anything?

3. You can eat bananas with whatever you wish. You will lose weight if your total calorie intake is less than your daily requirements. You can make this a little easier by exercising and staying away from high glycemic foods.

1) Besides keeping you hydrated, drinking a good amount of water will also make you feel full, so you won't eat as much

2) Sure. Fruits are good for you.

3) Who ever said you can't eat a banana with anythig else? I always have one for breakfast with a whole wheat waffle & some peanut butter. (I don't actually put the banana on the waffle, jsut eat it at the same time)

1.To eliminate toxins that can harm your kidneys.
2.Of course,it have fiber that helps eliminate all toxins from intestines
3.You can eat banana at breakfast,or if not as one of your snacks.
