I love foods with sugar. I find that once I start, I can't stop. Yet, there are people out there who don't like junk food, they're really into health foods. If I stop eating junk food, will my body eventually become use to the lack of sugar and stop craving them?

yes. all it takes to get rid of any cravings is 3 days - you just have to get over those days and not give in.

Yes, however do it gradually. You like sugar, so use that as a TREAT. In other words, this week I am going to eat all healthy food and if I succeed then I can have my TREAT. If you do it that way, eventually you will no longer crave sugar.

You need some sort of starch in your system. Maybe you should concentrate on what foods or junk foods. Just don't buy them. If you are single or living with one person who would be interested in adapting a certain lifestyle, I think that it would be pretty simple to control what you buy. If you have kids in the house, well, that is another story.

Yes but it will take a couple weeks. That is the way I am with starchy foods. After a couple weeks of keeping them away from me I quit craving them.
