I DO!! As long as the peanut butter is spread real thin.
Try a sandwich of Maple Syrup with Almond butter. It's a good one too.
A hint though. When applying syrups, or honeys on your sandwich? put the syrup/honey on the bread before the butter, that way the syrup will soak into the bread and you spread your butter on top of it, the syrup won't run off the slice.
The other way people do it with the butter on first? The syrup or honey slides off the greased slice and you end up with more honey/syrup on your chest and shirt than in your sandwich.
But really, you gotta try the Maple Syrup and Almond butter treat. I find it real good.
