i mean... in my yahoo account info i said my true name. but this guy knows my name Iulia, not my family name, and he knows my email. and my phone number... can he find me... Ok i admit it i went on a blind date with a guy from the internet... big mistake... and i don't know how to escape him... i am freaking out

the number i gave him is my cell phone number... he also knows where i am student... and he is kind of good with computer also...

if hez smart enough he could trace you down from the phone number (if its your home number and not your cell number)...from the email id i think he can only figure out what country you stay in..not your exact location...he doesn't even know your family name...chill..i don't think he would be capable of figuring out where you stay and what's your real name..

It's unlikely unless you run your own domain - in which case you have to publish a contact person's address. I assume you just have a normal email account.
Your phone number is a little more vulnerable. Although reverse lookup is not supposed to be legally available, in some countries people can find addresses by slightly illegal routes.
It should not be easy for him, but it's not impossible. My advice is - if you receive ANY indication that he's trying to find you, get a call in to the police so they have you on record. Then, if he turns up, go straight back to them. A little talk from them and he's likely to disappear again.
Remember - what he's trying to do is stalking, and that's illegal. The Fuzz are your friends in this.

If he knows the city and phone number, he can do a reverse lookup - check the link below for an example (Canada only)

ok... my bro (the computer whiz, lol) says that someone can be found through their IP address, which is your netwrk name/conputer name. anyway the basic point is that he can find out where you live, all he needs is an expensive software, or have a good knowledge of computers. i don't know what to do about it... you'll have to ask someone else what to do, sry, i can't be of more help, and be the bearer of bad tidings. good luck in whatever you do next,

since he is good with computers and you already gave him your contact details and you have gone on a date, if he is a stalker he prolly knows a lot more about you already lol.
just forget about him, if you see him a lot more often and it freaks you out get your guy friends to go with you everywhere lol

Just change your mobile no. also make a new id for urself.
By this he wont be able to contact u again.
Might be he has given ur name & no. to his friends too.
He can find out.
