i want to get slim soon because i am 65kg at 5.2 height. i need to come back to 55kg please help me

i think that an ok wieght u sound curvacious and lucious. m a girl and u know other girls kinda env girls like u and me. If u do want to drop weight da best thing is to cut ur meals down to 6 small meals a day this will increase ur metablosim. then u have to incorporate that with some excersise. The excersise u must make sure it is low weight high frequency coz u trying to loose and tone not gain muscle. and da bes ting is to have a good time and be happy. as u know food can be a comfort for most people and stressing bout ur weight will either make u gain more weight or get u an eating disorder. Food is something to enjoy so dont make ur meals borin coz u will just binge after that. And quick fixes like tablets and that will garentee u double the weight gain wen u stop takin them. N just for information sake diet tablets taken long term can cuase things like renal problems so if u gne tk them at very most nly six months ok.
