i dont belive their is one.i can tell you 10 million people in this country worship satan in disguise.until of course it is proven otherwise.the good thing is that 60 million of us dont.

Christianity has become the biggest, but not all 'Christians' are practising followers of Christ. It's the biggest because many countries were conquered by Christian countries, even christianised by the sword. Ironic when Jesus preached love and peace. Some Muslims are better Christians than some 'Christians', ie. they follow the principles Jesus did. All paths are really the same, they just seem different when practised in different ways. Another reason for its popularity is that many people have been touched by opening their hearts to Jesus.

Increase rate for these religions are as follows
Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world
I have read that it has increased at a rate of 254% (believe it or not) in a span of 50 years.
and 60%:40% is the ratio for Women : Men excepting Islam.
Christianity is on the decrease.
I read that article about 5 years back
I forgot the percentage decrease for Christianity.

Christianity has the most listed as believers.
Islam is not the most numerous but is probably the most rapidly growing.
Christian missionaries have been to just about every spot on the globe by now.
If I remember correctly, over a billion people worldwide consider themselves Christian of one denomination or another.

1.The theological reason-every effect must have an adequate cause.
2.The Ontological reason-There is an inituitive desire after god among all nations and tribes.
3.The Experimental reason-Gods presence is felt and realised by millions of people.
4.The Apocalyptic reson-God has revealed himself in his word,his works and his ways.

4 - Hinduism 900 million

Christianity has the most followers because it has 500 YEARS ADVANTAGE over the greatest religion of all Islam...
If you mean by converting to a specific religion than It is Islam and if you mean by being a PROPER follower of the religion, it is Islam...

there is a difference between the most popular and the largest.
if you mean the most popular then you have to investigate the spreading reate of the religions to know the answer.
in my opinion it is islam

i believe it's Christians at the moment
but if we in western society keep having one or two children per family them Islam we soon out breed all others
