It depends upon your indoctrination. If you are born into a X-ian family then you are told that your particular religion, and way of worshipping is the only way to the "kingdom of God." And that "only the righteous ( which is your faith of course) will inheriet the kingdom of heaven." And what is the formula? Strick adherence to some mind bending, ridiculous conception of their Truth...and it really gets quite boring after awhile to listen to IMO. And frankly it seems to me that a lot of Christian groups place a tremendous amount of pressure on God, the Jesus guy, without any first hand knowledge of who either are, or what their true wishes are in fact. I mean how do they know there is a heaven? Equally how do they know there is a hell? Because some fictional book called the bible that has been re-written and distorted a zillion times tells them so?
It seems to me that each religion has its justifications and rationalizations that place it in the top 1% as God's favorite group...you know every religion and or spritual group thinks they have the "red phone" to God and are therefore the chosen ones, the righteous ones, etc.
This is also true with folks who practice in a Guru-Disciple relationship with an Indian, or Tibetan Guru. They believe they are on the "fast track" as their Guru's take on the mythological importance and power of a Christ incarnate..so they certainly believe they are getting their quicker then you, but of course you will get there too..eventually, like after another 1000 lives or so..:) It is very arrogant. And of course they also believe that heaven is here on earth because "hell is in the mind and heaven is in the mind." And they believe you will merge with the one Infinite Truth...eventually if you merge with that Infinity known as the Absolute...or God, after you become Realized or Enlightened. And of course there is a whole process to that which is mind boggling, submissive and totally lacking in independent thinking. Again it is a giving over of power and discernment to the group think IMO.
All of these religions, and spiritual groups are rather "elitist" because there is no right way or wrong way IMO. It is all getting very old and very boring...hmm and the world is so very violent because of these ideologies.

Actually there is only one "True" GOD! Sure, there are many gods, but they are not worthy to be worshiped, they did not create the heavens and the earth/all people, they did not love you so much that they sent their son to die for you, so that you can be saved and go to heaven, they cannot heal you, they cannot forgive you, they cannot answer prayers! They can only deceive people, harm people, lead people astray! The only way to heaven is to simply "Believe in the LORD JESUS CHRIST" and you will be saved! Believe that JESUS is the son of GOD, and that he died on the cross for your sins, and rose again on the third day! JESUS sent his disciples far and near to tell people the truth , to preach the gospel, so souls could be saved. And now, we Christians are to do the same thing. That is why there are missionary's, and all who go around the world telling people about GOD, and his SON whom he sent to die on the cross for our salvation! GOD gives us all a choice, he doesn't force anything on anyone, He gets the word to us through people, some time, some place, one way or the other. Then, no one can say "I didn't know" "no one told me." At the end of the day, we all have a choice to make!!!

I believe what Jesus said...I am the way the truth and the life....no ones to the father but by me. It's tough business to say we have the way and everyone else is wrong but the fact is unless you have a Savior to make you spotless in the eyes of God you are not going to heaven.
People who have never heard the gospel will be judged by the light they receive. We all know murder is wrong and stealing etc you don't need a religion to tell you that. So if you know these things are wrong but you still do them that you will be guilty...make since? As far as every other religion? I'm not big enough to tackle that one

Jesus said he is the way the truth and the life , follow him.
What "Christianity" has become other the years, depending on the church, may be a completely different thing
Jesus is the only way.
Free will is one of the key priniples, being born into a religon is not a reason to stay in a religon.
Those who have never heard - someone was supposed to, who knows maybe it was you.
Bible states even the heavens declare the glory of the Lord.

At some point in a person's life, they will come in contact with Christianity. If they accept it and follow Christ, they will go to Heaven when they die. But yes, Christianity is the ONLY way to Heaven. John 14:6 says "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." And just for all you questioners of the Bible, there are more first hand accounts that Jesus was raised from the dead then that Julius Caesar ever existed.

Christianity is the following of Jesus Christ [ Messiah]
It could also probably be called ' Messian-ity'
Granted that there is only ONE Almighty God, and that he has only ONE 'begotten' son, then your answer has to be YES.
As for those who have never heard opf Jesus, his Father will make sure that before Armageddon, everyone will know about his son.
This is being achieved by the use of the door to door ministry by Jehovah's Witnesses worldwide in 235 lands and as many or more languages.
It is very unlikely that there would still be people who have not been contacted.
From that moment, it is up to them, their decision, as to what they will do WITH that information.
And members of other non Christian religions are now very well aware of this preaching work.
They have been told.

Way to heaven, can be loosely translated to Moksha in Hinduism. Moksha is the merging of our soul the the supreme Atma (Brahman or Parmatma or God).
Religoins are just the paths to it. It doesn't matter to which religion you follow or the kind of pray you do. Its just like speaking different languages. The ultimate thing that is counted is your realization of the truth behind you and and your Karmas(actions).
So, try to be a good person. Do the right thing for the sake of your realization that it is the right thing. Don't do a thing to please god. God never need to be pleased. God is already pleased and full. Do your responsibilities with complete devotion. This lead you to the ultimate goal.

Ignorance is no excuse. God will not let you into heaven, if you have never heard of him, and have led the best life you are still going to hell.
Ya, some religions lack understanding, kindness, and all that, its why I don't follow religion, and why my daughter will be told its evils along with its goodness (whatever that is).

According to Christian belief
If you have never had the chance to learn about Jesus and God but you've lived a good life then you still get to go to heaven.
I was always taught it was only the ones who had the chance to learn about Jesus and refused it, that were screwed.
Someone who has never had the chance to learn about Jesus, ie a baby, or someone in a tribe. still recieve God's grace, those who refuse it get nothing.
But honestly most people believe that any "heaven" should accept you on how good a person you were, and if it doesn't, then its not really worth believing in.

Nope. Since heaven does not exist, there is no belief that leads somebody there.
All the silly threats about hell for other religions or non-believers are false. What has religion wasted by investing in the idea of heaven, instead of improving life on Earth?
