I don't know, but I think you should visit the doctor.

It is really quite common for men in your age group to become depressed, whether you are slightly or severely, you should seek a little help. It won't make you any less a man.
Hormones do affect men as much as they do women.
I would suspect that the hormones are causing a change in your acne and maybe even causing you to feel a little blue. Your appetite and drive can be changed or altered from a hormone fluctuation as well.
I would think you should see a doctor just to be cautious.
AIDS...or HIV...is very serious business.....you should be more cautious in the future. But please let your doctor know...all of the things you mentioned below.

Assuming other people will lecture you on the unprotected sex, it sounds more like a food sensitivity to me. A lot of what you describe, my friend went through at about age 20. Bad skin, bloating, no energy, didn't look or feel good, but neither was she totally ill. After seeing docs and having several tests done, they finally figured out she was sensitive/allergic to wheat gluten. After she cut that out of her diet, she felt SO much better, and her skin looked good, etc.
