· Cut the salt
The amount of too much salt in your diet is responsible for around 80% of love handles. High amount of sodium in your body will direct to "water retention," which makes love handles more prominent. So reduce the amount of salt in all kind of food you use.
· Cardio Training
The key to having great abs is burning more calories than you take in. Aerobic training combined with the tips above does just that. If you want to get rid of love handles then get up off the couch and go for a walk, take a bike ride, or play some hoops. Find something you like to do and keep doing it.

cardio is the only way to lose fat all over your body (you cant target any specific areas, unfortunately) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min combined with light weight training
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Sorry to say this, but it's impossible to spot weight loss. Just like it's impossible to spot weight gain (not talking about muscle).
For weight loss, do lots and lots of cardio. But exercise that targets fat loss, not an increased in cardiovascular fitness. You want to keep you HR between 50%-70% of your target HR. Use this formula:
220 - age = Maximal HR
Maximal HR x 60% = Target HR
You should also watch carefully what you eat. Try keeping a journal of what you eat everyday. This will help increase your accountability.

Well this all depends on your gender...if you a a guy its pretty simple....its better to have a TV or a computer in front of you....you need to pull you pants down and beat your meat....and the love handles goes away and you'll be looking sexy...then you don't have to do that exercise...instead you can have someone do that for you

hey, well theres lots of exercises.
this one is my favourite, and it works...do u drive? everytime you stop at a red light, hold your stomach muscles in until the light turns green....this helps make your stomach muscles stronger and makes you go to the toliet more....i wake up every morning, toned.
also watch what you eat. carbohydrates are the worse so diet while you do stomach excersises.
also drink camomile tea, no sugar....this really helps
