You obviously don't have an engineering background.

1) That system would require power which would be pretty hard to find in your body.
2) You would need a GPS receiver and engine to acquire your position from GPS. Then you would need a transmitter of some sought in order to transmit those co-ordinates back to base.

To do this permanently in the skin is not feasible.

Lets use technology to the limit! Why not just build terminators and stop sending live troops into combat? Use space based weapons platforms and do away with aircraft entirely! Here's another good one,why not stop funding the jews of israel, aren't they rich enough already?

That is something new a GPS Tacker? Anyway, what do you do when the battery runs out just slice yourself open and replace it, what if it breaks, some people ask all the good questions on here.............................your not one of them
