I have been cutting out carbs to lose weight for a while now and it no longer seems to be working. I would like to eat healthy and lose another 20 pounds.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

hmmmm I would say that all depends on your body structure. You need enough calories to make it through your day. Calories are like gas you put in car. No gas, no go.
I assume you were already losing weight, and would recommend exercising, or changing the exercises you are doing, if you can, to tone up, and rev up your metabolism. Research has actually found that if you eat 1200 calories a day and expend 1200 calories a day, you will lose some weight, but if you eat 1700 and expend 1700 you will lose more weigh, or more importantly inches! It is strange but it does work, I am using it now!

well I'm sure the problem is not what your eating, instead it s the amount of calories you are burning. Remember in order to loss weight you have to burn more calories than you intake.

cutting out the carbs will only weaken you and slow down the metabolism.eat a balanced diet and do exercise to reduce the weight and don't look for any rapid weight reduction as that is a myth and will only lead to frustration,depression and weakness

don't go lower than 1200 cal's , just increase your exercise a bit with the healthy diet your on. but Don't listen to the first guy who told you to take hydroxy cut , it will help you lose weight but it has side effects.

you should take hydroxicut and workout u will lose it no problem
