Interesting answers!!! I have a couple of favorites myself:

1. Deli Dark Rye with mustard, swiss cheese, saurkraut, dill pickle, turkey pastrami, beefsteak tomato and grilled until cheese melts.

2. BLT with several pieces of uncured thick sliced applewood smoked bacon, beefsteak tomatoes, toasted hearty wheat bread, good mayonaise, and crisp lettuce.

3. Grilled cheese: Potato Rosemary bread spread with a mixture of mayonaise, mustard and dill relish. Topped with 2 slices provolone, 2 slices swiss, 2 slices gouda, 2 slices American cheese. Spread olive oil on outside of each slice and grill on med low until cheese has melted and bread is crisp.

4. Deli Ham and Potato salad sandwich: French rolls with mayonaise, mustard, crisp lettuce, beefsteak tomato, sliced olives, Smithfield low salt ham, Havarti cheese and potato salad.

I'd have to say Tuscan Chicken:

Pesto Sauce, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Roasted Red Peppers, Lettuce, Tomato, and grilled chicken all on a nice, warm baguette. MMM MMM don't get much better...

or for sweet tooths:

nutella, fluff, and some peanut butter and graham crackers all on warm, white bread (or whatever you prefer)

MAN NOW I'M HUNGRY!

A well known quick, but healthy subsan shop used to have a sandwich called Surimi. Not sure about the spelling, but it tastes like crab, but it's really white fish. Fake crab can be purchased in most grocery stores. Oh, and on white bread with sesame seeds.

Bacon, lettuce, and deep-fried bacon on sliced angel-food cake with Betty Crocker Ready-to-Spread Vanilla Frosting, Imperial Margarine, and "real" Mayonnaise...!!!
Mmmm!!! (sliced diagonally, and adorned with edible candy toothpicks to hold it all together, and served with a generous side of Chili-cheese curly fries dripping with hydronated vegetable oil, all served on an Oreo Cookie Pie Crust...)

And a Slim-Fast milkshake as Beverage...

Junipero like:

Mortadella (Halal, of course), Lebni, Romaine lettuce, mint leaves, and tomatoe, all wrapped up in a nice big lavash bread.

You think Junipero crazy? Then you never try sandwich.

Stop in AG Deli . . . ask for Aida or Joe. They make you very, very happy.

P.S. Is best with Aida's Tabbouleh salad . . . to die for!
