i have a reunion in a week an i just got the invitation.......... healthy or unhealthy( i dont care), i'm not doing this for long term..... but how can i drop atleast 5-10lbs and make the muscles that i have now (which isn't bad, i do have a decent amount) stand out or pop more than usual.......... is there anything that i can eat alot of or just dont eat 3 days b4 .......... ANYTHING! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
