i have a reunion in a week an i just got the invitation.......... healthy or unhealthy( i dont care), i'm not doing this for long term..... but how can i drop atleast 5-10lbs and make the muscles that i have now (which isn't bad, i do have a decent amount) stand out or pop more than usual.......... is there anything that i can eat alot of or just dont eat 3 days b4 .......... ANYTHING! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

beyonce's diet which let her lose 10 lbs in a week -

maple syrup (for energy)
cayenne (metabolism energizer)
water
lemon juice

mix that up and have 2 to 3 cups a day. yummy!

well, bud, so how much do u want to lose? if it is 5 pounds - it is very easy. but if it is 10 - i say it is impossible. for 5 pounds i suggest u go to pharmacy or a nature shop, they have there herbal tea for losing weight. what it actually does - it makes u go to toilet like billions of time. so after that u lost all the water in your body and all the food u consumed this day wasn't consumed by your body. 5 pounds will be lost immediately during 1-2 days. i suggest after that super"diet" u do not eat real food, just maybe drink some soupes. good luck

ps. u will not lose 10 pounds with that diet

jump in a DeLorean with a flux capacitor, get it going to 88 mph (make sure the destination time is set to January, the time you should've made a new years resolution to lose weight), then when you get there go on a diet and do some exercise for a few months...

just eat as little as possible. like a piece of fruit and a carrot every day. but once you are done with the reunion, eat healthier b/c you can get sick.

go low carb low fat and low sodium that means only greens and white meat for food and water for drinks , no diet coke no fruit just lettuce and water and exercise
Cation: this is not healthy and i do not recommend it, you will probably pass out at your party.

keep eatin fruits n drink lots of water..................but plz take a doc's advice in these matters.
