I can never sleep at night. If I go to bed before the sun comes up, I just lie there unable to sleep. I used to have a job where I had to work in the early morning, but I couldn't get used to sleeping when I had to, and after a year and a half of nearly no sleep, I changed to a job that worked better with the hours I was able to sleep.

It almost 8 in the morning here so I just got up. It is wear how timezones work. You should realy try and get some sleep. Try drinking some hot chocolate and then get into bed, the first step to peacefull sleep

Yea, I am still up. It's only 12:42 here in Missouri, though. I guess it's not too late, I don't have to be at work until 2 pm tomorrow, but I still should be asleep already. I just can't sleep tonight, though.

its 148 am im stillup,but im stressed and cant sleep my mind wont shut off.r you worried about something or stressed about something?or does this occur frequently?if it does go see your dr he can give you a sleeping pill to help you if needed,and also can make sure there is not a medical condition causing it .good luck.
