I would say you would go to your primary first and then he should refer you to an orthopedic doctor. I was looking for a brace for my son a year ago for Pectus and actually had to go to another state because Massachusetts didn't have a brace for his condition; but I do believe we have them for back condition's such as scoliosis.

Which insurance company are you hoping to scam?Is this for workman's comp?
How big will my "cut" be?
If you are for real,you go to an orthopedic surgeon after you have consulted with a regular doc & got referred.That way they all get a peice of the pie!

A chiropractor is cheapist and can give a quick fix, an ortopeadist is more knowelgable. Any doctor can perscribe one.
