Ok I enjoy the body function such as to eat, to have sex or to make the shlt (turd)..
Is bible say that to enjoy such is sin? Or some is and some not? I don't know what to do?

Sorry, but I can't answer in biblical terms. That's not my department. I realize that the very word "sin" implies a Christian point of view, but sorry.

To me, enjoying your own body is not only right and good, it is healthy. The excesses known as gluttony, lust, etc., are among the "seven deadly sins" of Christianity, probably because excess is a problem no matter who you are.

Have you noticed how much of religious wisdom is really just good old common sense? Taking care of your body because it is God's holy temple is what you learn in Sunday school. Taking care of your body to prevent problems later in life is what you learn from Mother Nature.

Pleasure is not, of itself, a sin. How you get it, and at whose expense, is what you need to be concerned with.

Selfishness is sin. Eating can be a sin. If you are seriously overweight and continue to eat cake and ice cream for breakfast that is clearly selfishness. The bible says that our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. We need to treat our body with respect.
