Hot Water will open your pores and help kill bacteria. Cold water will close your pores and keep them from becoming clean. Try washing your back with dial soap.

The water temp should be luke warm ,never hot ,because hot damages skin.

try hot it opens your pores and then use a GOOD acne wash like neutrogena has an all over body wash for acne. and make sure to wash your hair BEFORE you wash your body bc the conditioner from your hair can clog your pores on your back making it worse. so make sure to wash your hair ( with cool or cold water to make it shiny) and then make it hot water to open pores and wash with a acne wash with saylic acid. (dont use perfumed soap, and try a sensitive skin soap on your clothing. they make laundry soap for babies try that!!!)

hot water opens your pores, it's good only if you're gonig to immediately use a skin cleanser that gets rid of acne. however, hot water makes your boobs sag. cold water is better for your skin, and it makes your hair shiny.

i don`t like to take a very hot shower as i`ve found it dries out my skin too much, so i stick to lukewarm water...but u may want to take a shower with a bit hotter water, so it does dry out your skin a bit!!!

INBETWEEN HOT AND COLD, JUST ALITTLE WARM. AND ALWAYS USE A CLEAN SANITIZED CLOTH NOT YOUR HAND TO WASH YOUR FACE AND BODY. THERE ARE ALL KIND OF GERMS AND BACTERIA'S ON YOUR HANDS AND OILS ETC. THAT TRANFER ONTO YOUR SKIN AND THAT IS WHAT CAUSES BRAKE OUTS.
