i'm talking 'bout a ps2 cd....will it not remove all the contents of the cd?....are there any other things that could be used?....
(please don't say cd doctor or scratch remover)

yes....it works well :) or you can use car wax

I've never heard of the method and personally, I doubt I'll ever try it. If your discs are scratched just grab a cloth and spray a very small amount of pledge on it. Let it absorb slightly then gently rub it in. Small circular motions over the whole disc. They should work fine after that.

It will fill in the scratches and perhaps make the disc readable, but I've never tried it. I think you need to rub off the excess pretty well.

Try rubbing it lightly, very lightly with alcohol and a cotton ball. In an out ward, circular motion. Good luck!!!

I tries it and it failed. I use Windex, but if the silver stuff on top is scraped off or damaged then that can't be fixed
