in romanian, this sentence would sound like this:
da da ... si eu am incercat, inca din decembrie , si s-ar putea repeta ?! (as putea incerca din nou ?!)
:)
and if you really wanna find out what it means first you have to say a pretty please. "doh"
yes, yes i've also tried this in december and i wonder if i could repeat it(what he/she have tried)

Unfortunately i can not tell you what language it is...but what I can tell you a 100% sure is that this is not in Romanian...not by far. It looks more like German or a similar language
