I KNOW ALL THE THINGS I NEED TO BE DOING I JUST DONT' DO THEM. I GUESS IT'S SOMETHING THAT I NEED OUTSIDE HELP WITH...I AM A WRECK!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

To start off small stretch daily to get the blood flowing, and go for a walk daily you may not see result immediately but its a start. Once u get used the walk try jogging a few blocks but don't push ur self. Then after a few days of that try to jog or run a block or too, once ur used to the workout you can really start to excirsise and shed off the pounds faster than ever.

No 1 can help you but you, you will never lose weight till you are ready to... So why worry about it? Takes will power and that seems to be something you don't have at this time in your life...! If you really wanted to lose weight you would...

You probably already know to watch what you eat and exercise. The problem with exercises is that it's hard to keep up. You should start playing sports. It will keep you interested and playing sports is an excellent way of exercising.

we have the same problem its called lazyness no offense here but you got to have a determination and commitment to yourself. find someone who also want to lose weight and together you achieved your goal. Remember when there is hardships there's always happiness in the end. Good luck!

eat less, work out more. If you already know that, then you need to find a way to make it work. call all the gyms in your area and see how much a personal trainer costs - they usually have group rates that are affordable. This way you will have to 'own-up' to your bad behavior.

You need a program to get you motivated,friend.

I can't lose weight effectively till I started a program.

holy crap - drink water and exercise - it's not tough. if you can't do something so simple, then stay fat.
