If your dating someone that makes you feel like you are settling for less, then you should break it off. Because it wont last, you will always be looking for someone better if you feel like you are setttling. Personally I like to get to know someone before I ask them out. So I already have an idea of who they are and if I feel we would be a good match then I might ask them out. Since I am a guy I have some control over who I ask out. As a woman you probably get asked out all the time. My suggestion is give the guy a chance. Get to know him and if you like him then you can become exclusive. But if nothing else at least you make a new friend. But if you really feel nothing for someone, or feel like you are settling, just tell him that you do not want to date anymore, you can always give him the dreaded lets be friends line. He wont like it, but that is the easiest way to let someone down if you really feel like you are settling for someone less then what you want in a partner.
Never settle for second place, when it comes to love. Expect the best, and decline the rest.

The second you settle for less is the moment you get even less than what you've settled for. Don't date anyone that will hold you back in the important things.

Although I think some people are way too picky and should settle for less, I know my standards are pretty basic and reasonable. So I will not settle for less. Good night!

Never settle for anything less than what you deserve! Its a compromise and you both have to be willing to make sacrifices, but you both deserve to have your needs met too. Don't settle for anything less than that!

No, never have and I never will. She is either right for me or she isn't, the point of dating is so we both can figure it out over time.
