one is a little bit bigger and bits the other one and tries to steal all his food. They are fromt he same little, but were purchased separately. The one who bites is very mean and seems to dislike the other; but they sleep right next to eachother and they seem fine. What should i do?

Here's a good indication if death could be in the near future. The dominant mouse will be biting the smaller mouses testicles or the rear of the back, in the same place repeatedly. If this is recurring, then get them into separate cages or the dominant one will kill and possibly eat the other.
Male mice do not spray like a cat. They squat in one corner to mark the territory.

When it comes to 2 male mice, it's best to house them apart. Plus have you noticed a strong odor coming from the cage and you know it's not dirty, this is them spraying over and over to controll the cage with their scent. Our males were real bad for it and they stunk more then a stinky litter pan with fresh cat crap. We have 2 males and 2 females, the one male had to be housed alone due to starving the other male. We saved the other in time and he's fine now. The one was bulling for the territory and will do anything to win, even fight his own brother to his death. To him the brother is just another male trying to invade his space. We keep a male & famale together in one cage, and the other male/female are kept apart. The pair kept ones have never mated after over 2 months of being together. We know our older separated male is sterile from illness (seizures), but he can't get along with even a female.

Sometimes male mice are like that; sometimes females too. If one is drawing blood every day, I'd say separate them. One of them is just an aggressive mouse and the other isn't, and is getting picked on. It would be all right if they squabbled occasionally, but his sounds more like consistent bullying.

You need to separate them as soon as possible before they seriously hurt each other. Male mice often fight even if they are blood brothers from the same litter.

This is totally normal. Even though they are from the same litter, there has to be one dominent male. Usually, this means that one has to prove they are stronger. If there is constant blood being drawn, I would worry. By the way, one may try to mount the other (mating) and this is normal too. This is another way to prove dominence.

it's just showing the other rat it's dominance, it is making sure he doesn't get as much food, b/c the dominant one gets the good stuff first, he bites it to keep him in line, there way of talking. the only reason they sleep side- by side is so the dominant one, if any "predators" come he can b ready to defend him.

Put them in separate cages before the big mean one seriously injures the other. (I don't know about mice, but I know hamsters are supposed to live alone.)

There's an alpha thing going on here. The thing to do is separate them because this isn't good for you or the beta boy.
