The problem with a miracle is it can almost always be explained as luck, coincidence and so on. I was in a car wreck about 2 years ago. I had a 67' Mustang convertible with the top down. I was doing the speed limit or maybe a few miles over. It was night and I was on a 2 lane rode thats a little curvy and has allot of hills. I came to the top of a hill and saw a wreck in front of me. A car was passing the wreck in my lane and I had no time to stop. I tried to go right of the car but there was a steep shoulder. I clipped the car while I was going over the shoulder. My car flipped over and hit a tree at about 50 MPH. I must have ducked but I can remember. When I came to I was upside down and my car was totaled. I had no broken bones or major injuries. I was scratched a bit from the windshield but nothing else.
Maybe thats luck or maybe not. I didn't see angels or hear voices but I did walk away from a wreck that left my car looking like an accordion.

Here is a real miracle!! To see a picture of the baby mentioned in this story, go to the link at the bottom of page and view the blog on that page.

The photo depicts a 21-week -old pre-born baby, who was being operated on by a surgeon named Joseph Bruner ( it is his finger in the photo). The baby had been diagnosed with spina bifida, which leaves the spinal cord exposed after it fails to develop properly. Unless the gap was closed to protect his nervous system, serious brain damage would likely have occurred before birth. There was no time to lose.Unfortunately, the baby was too immature to survive outside the womb, and corrective surgery had never been preformed on a baby this young. However, the parents had deep faith and the mother was a obstetrics nurse, who had heard through the Internet of Dr. Bruner's operations. Despite the fact that the procedure has not yet been endorsed in medical journals, the decision was made to attempt it on behalf of little Samuel.

To operate on such a tiny baby required special miniature instruments to be created. The sutures used for example, were less than the thickness of a human hair. A Caesarean section was then preformed to lift the uterus gently from the mother's body, premitting the surgeon to make a small incision through which the operation would be preformed. Then it happened! As Dr. Bruner was probing the opening, the baby's fully developed handwrapped itself around the finger of the surgeon. The photograph captures that amazing moment with perfect clarity.

I was truly moved just from seeing and reading this amazing story. It is an unmistakable reminder that growing in the womb of each mom to be is a human life, a baby. It is not a " blob of tissue ", or a " product of conception ". A pre-born baby is a fully human from the moment of conception. What is seen shown in this photograph expresses that understanding better than a thousand words.

That's what human pregnancy and birth are about - a tiny human being with an eternal soul being formed in the " image of God ". And that's what the media elite fails to comprhend.

The baby depicted was born on due date, weighing 5 lbs, 11 oz. screaming his little head off. He did not have to spend time in the neonatal unit and an ultra-sound done on his brain proved good as the brain malformation had been resolved. He was a Frank Breech ( folded in half ) baby in the womb and despite that he is moving his little legs really well. The end result a very happy little bundle of joy.

If you haven't been touched by this story, then there is definetly something wrong with your heart! This photograph alone, if witnessed by people around the world, would force millions to rethink the real meaning of abortion. Seeing that little hand illustrates for us that the abortionists are, indeed killing babies - often by the most grostesque methods - with the full protection and sanction of our government. Shame on us, and shame on our leaders! If his parents had wished, little Samuel could have been dismembered legally without anesthetics by the procedure known as " partial birth abortion ". Indeed, his body parts - including the delicate little hand - could have been sold to the highest bidder on the open market.

Upon further reading, I picked up another story regarding the truth about life.

Using ultra-sound imagery, researchers in New Zealand have detected what they believe to be babies crying in the womb, and in some instances at only 28 weeks of gestation, as it was reported in the Washington Post." " You can evan see the chin and the bottom lip quiver, " Ed Mitchell, a pediatrician at the University of Auckland in New Zealand, told the Post. " I cannot believe it is anything but crying."

Mitchell was part of the team that made the unexpected discovery while video-recording how unborn babies respond to a brief low-decibel noise played on the mother's abdomen. The babies seemed startled by the noise and reacted with a series of intense inhalations and exhalations, an opening of the jaw, a stiffening of the tongue and depression of the chest. This activity typically ended after about 20 seconds with an exhalation and settling, often followed by a few mouth movements and a swallow. The findings are reported inArchives of Disease in Childhood; Fetal and Neonatal.

Everything you see I mean everything who could make the univers so perfect that we can leave did you know that it would only take a few inches further from the sun and life could not be on earth or inches closer to the sun and life could not be on earth think about it so perfect in the right place your body every single cell put in the right place for us to exist so everything is a miracle now the question is should we praise our creator or just keep wondering about things we don't understand

my daughter was born w/ a VSD (ventricular septal defect) or something like that-this a a whole in the bottom right chamber of the heart- hers was between the chambers and one kept flooding the other out when she was 6wks. old she had congestive heart failure I was devastated-we went to the Lord in prayer and when she was 4 months old right before she was to go into open heart surgery to repair the whole Jesus healed her heart - she still has the hole it's the same size but there are no side effects from it the Dr. laughs and says that she should be sick and blue and very moody from the pain in her chest and against better judgment he takes her off all her meds. because he can plainly see that she doesn't need them but from a medical veiw she will die w/o them I know that one night on an alter in a holiness church that God heard this young mothers plea and healed my babies heart even the cardiologist can't tell me why she doesn't need her meds. any more PRAISE BE TO GOD ky.

Yes, my god daughter had severe leukemia. She was so sick she began to develop black and blue lesions underneath her skin. She lost color in her skin and began to lose alot of weight. Her mother took her to a doctor and the doctor said her white blood cell count was too low. They would have to do a painful bone marrow tap on my god daughter who is 3 years old. Her mother came to me and asked that she be prayed over. The Lord lead me in prayer. The next couple of days my god daughter's mother brought me the news from the doctor. He said she was so healthy that she would not need the surgery. Also, the doctor noticed the color came back to her skin and the lesions were gone. He said it was a miracle. There is a whole apartment complex, church, and doctor who were all witnesses of the miracle God did for my God daughter.
