Get out some kickboxing DVDs or search youtube for some people doing it.

Kick boxing is characterised by fast highspeed kicks. A kick boxer will stand on one foot and deliver a series or kicks, to the thighs, body and most beautifully, the head.

For blows from the hands, kickboxers wear light gloves and so will concentrate of fast body blows.

The clothes are basically like boxing clothes.

As for dance, here are some key words to incorporate into your dance. Attack, combat, victory and defeat.

I can imagine a group of dancers throwing punches and kicks in unison.

In addition I can imagine two dancers "fighting". Maybe in unison, as they use the same high kick, or one attacking the other reacting.

Check out capoeira (not sure on spelling sorry), this is a traditional brazilian martial art that is based on / hidden in dance, it will give you some excellent ideas :-)

Check out youtube for some videos or google it.

Good luck though it's pretty intense
