Say Jesus did have a child and his lineage led to someone currently high in a Muslim church...wouldn't that make the Christians just go bonkers?

Make the Christians go bonkers? How could you possibly tell the difference?

Deep Sky: Seriously, don't go off like that on SPED questions like this, it only encourages him.

Sketch: I'm guessing you like Christians about as much as Sky likes the headknockers.

BTW, you pick just about anybody in the Western world from 2000 years ago, and you'll find them in the family tree of just about anybody today. So it's just as likely that you are a descendant, in some way, of St Peter or Herod. Any other foolish rhetorical questions?

Sketch, Deep Sky posts that same answer to many questions.

Anyone living today who traces ancestry back 2,000 years is the product of millions of forbears. In fact, the maths works out that pretty well all of us are descended from pretty well all the same people back then. Get back to "fertile cresecent" days, Ur & Sumer & all that and there were only a couple of Pan Am fleetloads of people worldwide.

If you are playing the what if game OK
That would truly be weird. Just like when they discover that racist senator's (Strom Thurman) family who owned slaves owned the ancestors of I think it was Al Sharpton or someone similar. that was weird too. Jesus had siblings I wonder where their families ended up?

It would make God a liar and ....No reason to be a Christian nor any follower of a true righteous God. If Allah were true It would be the same, If there is no righteous God there is no salvation so we might as well be Athiest all ends with our death anyway.

Atticus, you said it.
The publishing and movie biz is running out of material that people will read or see so they have to use their imagination to think up stuff that will stir up shallow and brainless people's thinking.
